Recently fully refurbished inside and out, with high ceilings, boho features and kiwi iconography found throughout for a warm and welcoming feel. Enjoy the private courtyard, heated plunge pool and barbeque area leading off the living area.
Relax in your style with features including smart TVs in each bedroom and a large screen in the lounge, WIFI throughout, an in-depth book and games library. The house has infinity hot water, a fully functional and well curated kitchen, large dining tables both indoors and outside, large living area, aircon / heat pump and in-built room fans, in addition to two bathrooms.
We’ve made it easy for you – no need to bring extras like coffee machines, monopoly, tennis racquets or beach towels – we have them all here.
4 Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms – two queens, one king and a smaller double room containing a double bed and king single.
One of the queens is the master with an ensuite separate to the others, and another queen has its own patio access to the pool. In addition to the bedroom layout, a fold-away bed is in the master closet which can easily be set up in any of the bedrooms.
Each bedroom has high quality bedding plus duck down quilted blankets. Plenty of pillows and cushions means you can sleep well – and the window treatments allow for a dark room if that’s your preference.
Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, showers with good water pressure and the main bathroom has a bath – great for families with smaller children. Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and body wash are available for all guests at the property.
Kitchen
The kitchen would be comparable to any at a well-equipped home. Large fridge freezer. microwave, convection stove top and high-quality oven, a Nespresso machine and frother alongside plungers, there are enough meal settings for up to 15 of you!
Brand new high-end wine glasses, platters, bowls – everything you need for lovely meals and grazing for your group – whether family or friends.
Al fresco
The extensive 65m2 patio is fully fenced – again fabulous for children. A new barbeque sits next to the outdoor table and chairs – perfect for al fresco summer meals.
Two loungers are located next to the heated plunge pool, and the outdoor storage chest contains bean bags and cushions. Lemon trees are dotted in planters along the fence line.
We haven’t forgotten al fresco and bubbles in the pool – melamine plates, bowls and plastic wine glasses to keep everyone safe outdoors.
Exclusive Pinot Grove
Pinot Grove is an enclave of lovely French-style homes and gardens located only 15 minutes’ walk from Martinborough Square, or two minutes by car.
Residents and guests of exclusive Pinot Grove are able to use the shared tepid swimming pool open 8am to 8pm between Labour Weekend and Easter (October to April). The pool is two minutes’ walk and can be accessed via a fob key located in the house.
There is also a tennis court open all year round. The property has tennis racquets and balls for guest use.

Martinborough
Bring your appetite to Martinborough, where Pinot Noir and excellent restaurants promise to ease you into a very happy state of mind.
Packed with colonial charm, Martinborough features over 20 wineries, most within cycling and walking distance of the quaint village square. Some of New Zealand’s best pinot noir comes from the town’s predominately family-owned vineyards, so it’s not surprising it is a key stop on the Classic New Zealand Wine Trail.
Guided wine tours are available as are self-guided cycling tours. Several bike hire companies can be found in the village, and you can pick up a map from the local visitors’ centre.
